Closed large, complex public safety deals ($3M–$10M+) in 2–3 year sales cycles. Excelled in a highly competitive market with a new, largely untested mission-critical solution. Reduced overall sales cycle by 12 months with the introduction of procurement vehicles.

Led Sales and Program Management Team to forge new customer relationships with some of the largest insurance companies in the US. Introduced the team to RFP process and began bidding on government contracts. Rolled out CRM and prospecting playbook.

Served as multi-year bookings leader, stepping in as interim leader for both business development and sales. Closed the largest deals in company history and authored the playbook that launched short-term rental and tourism tax solutions.

Why Public Sector?
Growing up, my entire family served in local government. From spending time in police dispatch with my grandmother, inspecting the sewage plant with my grandfather and watching my aunts and uncles serve as law enforcement, it became evident that government employees are the hardest workers - often asked to do the most with the least. This realization shaped my goal to serve those who serve.
